Managing your finances is our number one priority particularly the management and collection of service charges. It’s what we do best. We undertake responsibility for all aspects of the Multi-Unit Developments finances including: Budget preparation and management, Forecasting expenditure, Banking, Service charge invoicing / statements / debt collection and Financial reporting including preparation for the filing of your Company Accounts with the Company Registration Office.
The systems we use also enable us to provide Owner Management Company Directors access to our system so that the Directors can review real-time all the financial information relating to the Owner Management Company. The Directors also have access to reports including Profit & Lost statements, Aged receivables & Income & Expenditure.
